A drawstring (everything), sequin jackets, deconstructed moto blazers and a beautiful color pallet is what made up the 2013 resort collection for See By Chloé. I haven’t seen a collection like this in a while, I feel like anybody can wear these pieces once you take away the magnificent styling and separate each piece. It’s the girl that goes to the music festivals in her drawstring leather shorts to the girl that grabs drinks in downtown Manhattan all the way to the chic trousered office assistant in small town Louisiana! Laure de Sade did an impeccable job directing this line and I know I can’t wait for the next collection, how about you?
Here are the looks from the line – favorites: 2, 5, 11, 17, 24.

Last Friday the lovely Christine, owner of Muse Social Fashion House held another fabulous Sip N’ Shop at her shop at Morgan Crossing. Anyone that has been to her shop or has been to one of her events knows that when she puts one on, you definitely want to attend! With fabulous wine, deserts and people to mingle with you’re sure to have a great time, oh and the amazing collection of clothing and accessories doesn’t hurt either!
Here are a few snap shots from the night taken by Kaoverii Marapon – if you would like to be in the know about any upcoming events at Muse, be sure to follow them on Twitter at @MuseFashion !

It’s been a great year so far with so many changes happening with love, work and life in general. One change that I can really use right now is a change in scenery. I don’t like to stay in one place for too long and if I do I tend to get cabin fever – and nobody wants that!
I’m recently dreaming about Los Angeles. I have never been there and it seems like everyone has! I’m currently working on a road trip with either the girls or a couples trip, preferably for July or August. Do you have any recommendations on my planned trip???
For today’s outfit, I’m in my staple pieces. A blouse, dark denim, a great heel and gold accessories. This leopard blouse is one of my favorites because it’s so easy to wear and is incredibly light weight. The Club Monaco skinny jeans are my go-to jeans. If you haven’t worn their denim before…YOU MUST! It doesn’t fit like any other type of denim, trust me. The blouse has this whole business in the front party in the back thing going on and I’m diggin it! The longer back gives it a looser fit, with a fitted bottom and really high heels (longer legs) it makes my bottom half smaller than it is. Or so I like to think.
